We create a solid foundation for our garden rooms using concrete, steel, or timber, depending on the ground conditions and the structure’s weight. This ensures that the posts are securely anchored for long-lasting stability and durability. Foundation requirements can vary; we can either fit the garden room to your existing flooring and enhance it with our own foundation system, or we can provide a quote for a completely new floor. This new foundation can be finished with composite decking or porcelain/stone slabs, offering both style and durability to complement your garden room.

Our verandas and garden rooms typically take 1 to 3 days to be fully built on-site, depending on the complexity and size of the structure. Simpler designs can be completed quickly, while larger or more intricate builds may take a bit longer to ensure everything is perfectly installed. Prior to installation, the lead time from order confirmation is usually 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the size of the project and the time of year.

The cost of a veranda can vary based on several factors, from the size and roofing type to additional features such as glass doors, gables, and panels.
